• Apple App Store: Apple's Privacy Policy applies for downloads and in-app purchases.
• Map Services: Map data from Apple Maps may be loaded for map display. Apple's privacy policies apply.

TripBuddy offers optional in-app purchases (TripBuddy Plus). These are processed entirely through Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy applies for payment data processing.

When you import places from third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, or Google Maps), this happens via your device's share function. TripBuddy only receives the shared location information (such as URLs or coordinates). We do not have access to your accounts on these platforms.

Our app is intended for general use (age rating 4+). Since we do not collect any personal data, no data from children is collected either.

• Right to Erasure: You can remove all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or deleting app data in your device settings.
